Terms of Service

Bedrock 360 is online double-entry bookkeeping software. It lets you import bank statements, categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, record journal entries and produce financial reports for one or more businesses, and invite other people to work in them.

Bedrock 360 is a tool. We don't provide accounting, tax, legal, audit or financial advice, and nothing in the Service is such advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your books, for how you use the reports, and for your tax filings and other legal obligations. Consult a qualified professional where you need one.

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and two-factor authentication device secure. We require two-factor authentication to sign in.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including by people you invite. Tell us promptly at support@bedrock360accounting.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Plans, prices and what each includes are listed on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply, which you are responsible for.
• Each plan begins with a 30-day free trial, once per account. A payment card is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged when it ends.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method for each renewal.
• Upgrades are charged right away, less a credit for the unused part of your current plan. Downgrades leave a credit applied to future invoices.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it, and may suspend access to your books until the amount due is paid.
• We may change prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and a change applies from your next renewal after that notice.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Charges are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• You own the data you put into Bedrock 360, including your books, bank statements and receipts (“Your Data”).
• You give us permission to host, copy, process and display Your Data only as needed to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You confirm you have the right to upload Your Data, including any information about other people it contains.
• If your subscription ends, Your Data stays stored so you can resubscribe. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• try to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
• probe, disrupt or overload the Service, or get around its security or usage limits;
• copy, reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service except as the law allows.

Payments are processed by Stripe, under Stripe's own terms. We never see or store your full card number. Other providers we rely on are listed in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the Service available and may improve or change it over time. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If we make a change that materially reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you in advance.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or doesn't pay, and will tell you why where we can. Sections 2, 6, 11, 12, 13 and 14 survive termination.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bedrock Business Builders Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify Bedrock Business Builders Corp against claims arising from Your Data or from your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Bedrock Business Builders Corp is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
