Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated September 25, 2026

This policy explains how the free trial, cancellation and refunds work for Bedrock 360 subscriptions, sold by Bedrock Business Builders Corp. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Free trial

  • Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. We ask for a payment card when the trial starts, but charge nothing during it.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.
  • If you don't cancel, your card is charged the plan price when the trial ends, and the subscription renews from then on.
  • The free trial is available once per account.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time yourself — no need to contact us. In Bedrock 360, open Settings → Billing → Manage billing and choose Cancel subscription.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You keep full access until then.
  • You won't be charged again after you cancel.
  • Your books stay stored after the subscription ends, so you can pick up where you left off if you resubscribe. To have them deleted instead, email us — see our Privacy Policy.

Refunds

Subscription charges are non-refundable. We don't give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused businesses or seats — including on annual plans cancelled part-way through the year.

We will always refund:

  • Charges made in error — for example, being charged twice for the same period, or charged after you cancelled. Let us know within 60 days of the charge.
  • Any charge where a refund is required by applicable law.

Changing plans

  • Upgrading (for example, from Professional to Firm, or from monthly to annual) is charged right away, less a credit for the unused part of your current plan.
  • Downgrading gives you a credit for the unused time on the higher plan, applied automatically to your future invoices. Credits are not paid out in cash.
  • Switching plans during the free trial doesn't end the trial.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry the card automatically and Bedrock 360 shows a notice asking you to update it. Your books stay open for a short grace period while you update your card in Manage billing. If the payment still can't be collected, access pauses until it is — your data is kept.
